Congratulations Team Red and Team Black for your first Team Comp at BeachWOD 2015!!
We hit Wasaga early on Friday to watch Dan’s big lifts and muscle-up metcon. Only 7 out of 40+ guys made it to the third round of the snatch ladder, and Dan tied for 2nd at 255#!! He had 3 more events Saturday, and took 16th in the row/swim event to finish 19th overall out of 50 of Canada Easts best!
Team Red started on the heavy stones, then crushed the O-course and partner carries. The girls were especially happy with their top 20 finish for Grip It & Rip It as not many teams finished the ladder in that event.
Team Black finished in 4th place overall out of over 50 teams!! They placed really well in all the events, and especially loved the row/burpee wod!
Great work teams, time to get ready for the next big event!
