The Team You Build

Its crucial in any area of life to surround yourself with people who are better than you in an area you want to excel in. It’s how you get better. It motivates you to push harder! It’s also a blueprint for to how to get there.

Grinding away at workout all by yourself all the time can get very boring and its hard to push to the next level when you’re all alone. Having a team of like-minded and good athletes around you allows you to find that push.

This doesn’t have to be every workout but 2-3 times a week I think is great. There’s some workouts where it may be better you don’t push as hard or be egged on by your peers, sometimes you need a 75% workout to help recovery and for those its usually best you state your purpose or do them alone.
